Independent by design
We do not operate our own tanker fleet and the site is not presented as the website of one waste company. The aim is to match a clearly described job with suitable local operators and make the returned options easier for the customer to compare.
Why we are starting regionally
Our initial focus is North Wales, North West England and Cumbria. Tank emptying depends heavily on local route density, tanker mileage and real operator coverage, so a smaller credible network is more useful than a national map full of nominal listings.
What we ask operators for
Coverage areas, tank services, contact details and relevant waste-carrier registration information form the core of the operator record. As the platform develops, repeated quote patterns can also help create more structured local pricing.
What we ask customers for
Only the practical details needed to understand and price the job: postcode, tank type, approximate size, access, urgency and contact information. If the customer does not know the technical details, the form allows them to say so.
The long-term idea
The ideal experience is closer to a comparison service than a business directory: tell us what needs emptying, see realistic local options and remember the job details for next time. Tank emptying is recurring maintenance, so making the second booking easier is just as important as the first.
