If a property uses a cesspit continuously, emptying can become a predictable recurring purchase. Once you know the tank capacity and normal interval, future comparisons become much simpler because the core job details rarely change.
Do not confuse emptying with repairs
A tanker removes the contents. It will not necessarily fix a damaged tank, leaking chamber, broken pipe or access-cover problem. If you suspect structural failure, say so in the notes so the operator understands that the job may need more than a routine empty.
